Last week we asked readers what was their reaction to the stock market’s recent volatility.

Most respondents (57%) said, “time to sell!” while the rest replied, “other.”

One reader said, “Time to brace for the shock of the next 401K report. What good is selling after the damage is done?”

Another said, “We had already restructured much of our holdings so the impact is not so severe as having everything in equities.”
