’Tis the season-for shopping! In last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers about their holiday shopping budget. Of the total respondents, 60% are keeping their budget about the same as last year, while 26.7% plan to spend less this year. The rest of the respondents (13.3%) are spending more than last year.
One reader commented, “What’s the difference between the government telling you to buy health insurance and the retailers telling you to spend more money holiday shopping? Pretty soon Congress will mandate holiday shopping to boost the economy.”
