Ceramics Expo Announces Some Key Speakers for 2016 Event
Show organizers recently announced the first key speakers for Ceramics Expo 2016, which will be held April 26-28 at the IX Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The three-day program will run alongside the exposition space, featuring the latest technologies and opportunities for ceramic and glass manufacturing and applications. The dual-track conference will address themes such as thermal ceramics, dielectric materials, bioceramics and bioglasses, medical applications of advanced ceramics and glass, next-generation refractory materials, ceramic matrix composites, destructive vs. non-destructive testing, near net shaping, nanomaterials, and additive manufacturing.
Conference speakers will include: Mike Murray, chief technology officer (CTO) of Morgan Advanced Materials; Jay E Lane, Ph.D., engineering fellow–Ceramics and Composites, Rolls-Royce; Josh Pelletier, technical manager-Refractory, Kerneos; Doug Kiser, senior materials engineer from NASA-Glenn Research Center; Gary B. Merrill, senior expert engineer, Manufacturing Development, Siemens; and Daniel Elliott Sievers, ceramics engineer, Boeing.
